There is no minimum purchased required to order online.
Do you accept orders on weekends or outside of business hours?
We accept orders 24/7. However, orders after 6PM will be processed the following day.
Are there other ways to order online?
We encourage our customers to order through our online shop - shop.planetgrapes.com.ph but you may also place your order by calling us at 8531-8207 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only paid orders will be processed.
Can I cancel and/or amend my order or shipping details?
For security reasons, once your order has been confirmed, you will not be able to make any changes, additions, cancellations or amendments. However, Planet Grapes reserves the right to cancel multiple or fraudulent orders.
Is there a chance my order won’t be fulfilled?
In case specific products are unavailable for any reason, our team will contact you to suggest a replacement or provide a refund.
Can I order more than what is available on the website?
If you would like to order more bottles than is available, you may contact us email@example.com so we may assist you further for bulk purchases or an order for a special event.
What do I do when the item(s) I want to purchase are out of stock?
Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the items you wish to order and we will see what we can do, or we could suggest an alternative.
Can I send an order to another person as a gift?
Yes, simply indicate full name, delivery address, and mobile number of the recipient. You can add a gift message to your order as well. You may also wish to provide your contact details if this is a surprise gift, and we encounter shipping concerns (e.g. difficulty locating delivery address; recipient unable to receive delivery).
QUALITY OF FOOD
Do you advise to re-heat the food items? How long do I need to re-heat it?
We assure our customers that all food items are prepared and cooked fresh daily. We encourage our customers to consume the food immediately. We have also added instructions should you wish to heat up your food items upon receiving them.
I have food allergies. Do you provide information about allergens?
If you have allergies, please let us know under the special instructions. Please also refer to the indicated food allergens present in each dish before adding them to your cart. However, please note that as different dishes are prepared in the same kitchen, trace amounts may still be present.
SHIPPING & IN-STORE COLLECTION
How much is the delivery fee?
A delivery fee of P150 per order will be charged per order.
When can I expect to receive my order?
For in-store collection, your orders are usually ready within 30-45 minutes from the time you have placed the order. You will also receive a notification stating that your order is ready for pick up.
For deliveries, the timing may vary depending on your delivery location and the availability of couriers. However, we aim for your order to arrive within 1.5 hours from order placement. Please note that the quarantine may affect delivery lead times. In such instances, we will keep you updated.
Food and wine will come from our Shangri-La restaurant in Mandaluyong. Please take note of the delivery/collection hours:

Please note that delivery schedules are highly dependent on the availability of courier services.

Currently, we are shipping through Grab and Lalamove.
What happens if I am not available to receive my package upon delivery?
As our current delivery partners are on-demand, which means orders are picked up and delivered straight to you, please ensure that someone is available to receive your orders. In the event no one will be around to receive your delivery, please contact our team immediately at 8531-8207 / 0917 812 4965.
You may be charged an additional delivery fee should your order require redelivery.
How can I track my order?
Our courier will update you once your order is on the way and when they are near your area. Please be ready to receive your order.

We accept locally and internationally issued debit cards and credit cards.
How will I know if my order pushed through?
You will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of your order.
