A pale golden in colour. On the nose, aromas of citrus & cinnamon. Light and refreshing on the palate with notes of fresh lime and gentle spices, underscored by an intensity of fruit which persists and a finish that displays a mineral resonance. A complex and balanced combination of the finer attributes of good Chenin.
Try with the notoriously hard-to-match asparagus, pan-fried soft shell crab, or a slice of Camembert cheese.
